BA in Chemistry

The curriculum for the B.A. degree provides students with the opportunity to take a substantial number of elective and non-technical courses. Certain chemistry, math, and other technical courses required for the B.S. degree are replaced by free electives, making this degree an ideal choice for those who wish to earn an additional major with one of the departments in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Fine Arts, or with the Business Administration program, though this is not a requirement.
