Bachelor of Arts Italian Studies

Italian Studies is concerned with the multidisciplinary examination of Italian language, literature, culture, art and history. This program will allow you to improve your Italian language skills while also examining Italian art, history, music and religion. During the course of your studies, you'll gain creative thinking skills, research and analytical capabilities, intercultural awareness, and the ability to fluently communicate in Italian. As an Italian Studies graduate you'll be prepared for career opportunities in areas such as the civil service, the non-profit sector, and the business world. A degree in Italian Studies can also be used as a stepping-stone to graduate studies or another professional degree such as law, medicine, veterinary medicine, or education.
