Information and Communication technologies are now pervasive in a vast range of fields and play a fundamental role in economic development. Electronic data and signal acquisition and processing systems, the Internet, wireless mobile systems, electronic devices for energy production and sensor networks for environmental monitoring are an integral part of many modern applications. The degree programme in Electronics Engineering for Experimental and Information aims to produce engineers with a solid methodological background, integrated with practical competences acquired during experimental laboratory activities. Graduates are able to design, implement and manage systems, processes and services related to Information Engineering, particularly referring to electronic systems, communication networks, and their applications in energy and environmental monitoring.
