Education and Psychology incorporates a variety of psychological fields such as social, neuro, biological and cognitive psychology. Our comprehensive approach to this course provides you with the understanding to apply a wide range of methods and practices to real world settings, problems and contexts. An interdisciplinary approach to understanding educational psychology has been embedded at Level 4 to allow you to develop an understanding of the educational context from perspectives of history, sociology and psychology. This will provide you with a strong foundation for future study in the second and third year where you will specialise intensively on psychological theories, methods and their applications.
