The Computer Applications option gives students the flexibility to combine a traditional computer science degree with a non-traditional field. Students may complete a Major in Computation Arts or in Mathematics and Statistics, or they may declare a minor in any area outside the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science. The state-of-the-art labs for high-performance computing, networks and artificial intelligence will give you experience with the equipment you ll use in the field.The hands-on approach paves the way for a smooth transition to the workforce after graduation. You will leave with the knowledge, skill and passion to succeed in any number of computing careers.
