This program provides multidisciplinary training, both theoretical and practical, focused on the four main areas of industrial relations: human resources management, labor relations, occupational health and safety, and public labor market policies. Your training covers both labor law and psychology, sociology, management and economics. It will be enriched by a variety of concepts including collective bargaining, staff selection and staffing, compensation management, occupational health, ergonomics and government policies related to work and employment. You will become a specialist in social relations between actors (employers, employees, unions, the state, etc.) in the world of work and employment.
