BA and BFA Dance

The University of Colorado Boulder has an exciting and diversified dance program which offers BA, BFA and MFA degrees. We are a contemporary dance program one that values and provides study in a range of styles that influence the multifaceted nature of concert dance today. Our training reflects the influences of both West and North African traditional dance and Western European (ballet) folk dance traditions. Our curriculum is designed to develop concrete skills in performance and choreography and to instill an appreciation of the role that dance plays in human culture around the world.
