Universitat Ramon Llull is a private university located in Barcelona, Spain. The university was established in 1990.
The university is named after Ramon Llull, a renowned Catalan writer and philosopher born in the 13th Century.
The university is made up of 14 schools and three university institutes. these include the schools of engineering; the school of management; Blanquerna School of psychology, education and sport sciences; Blanquerna School of communication and international relations; Blanquerna School of health science; La Salle International School of commerce and digital economy; La Salle digital engineering school; La Salle school of architecture; faculty of philosophy; Esade business school; Esade law school; Pere Tarres faculty of social education and social work; ESDI higher school of design.

Students can take part in a range of sports including football, basketball, handball, volleyball, rugby, hockey, athletics, judo, swimming, triathlon and climbing.
The Ramon Llull University Student Council is the representative body for students, giving students the space to express their opinions and vote on the university’s academic matters.
Some 20 per cent of students at the university are international.
