Located in the cities of Santiago, Talca and Temuco, Universidad Autonoma de Chile is a private non-profit institution established in 1989.

Quality assurance is a key element at Universidad Autonoma de Chile. This has enabled the university to successfully meet standards and criteria of government and international accreditation agencies.
It undertakes the challenge of evolving to a more complex higher education institution by boosting graduate programs and encouraging, promoting, guiding, and enhancing scientific and technological research.
