Established in 1971, Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe (Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Lemgo (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), North Rhine-Westphalia. This institution also has a branch campus in Lemgo.
