Bauman Moscow State Technical University is the citadel of Russia’s engineering education. Its scientific schools have contributed to fields such as space engineering, heating engineering, biophysics, aerodynamics, radio physics, radio electronics, optics, laser technology, dynamics and the strength of machines.
Recently it accepted the status of National Research University for its contribution to innovative technologies.
Interaction with foreign partners includes cooperation with more than 80 universities around the world, including student exchanges. The university runs a state-of-the-art training centre for disabled students and hearing-impaired people.
