ELP English Language Program

CityU s intensive English Language Program (ELP) is specifically designed for students who would like to study in a U.S. institution of higher learning or for other personal or professional purposes. The goal of the program is to promote cross-cultural understanding through language instruction and to help students become competent in various skills in a wide range of settings, such as social conversations, academic written and oral presentations, or business meetings. The English Language Program (ELP) consists of nine levels.
