Supporting Teaching and Learning In Schools Cache Certificate Level 2 in Childcare

You will explore the requirements of safeguarding and the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion. You will learn about schools as organisations, including what types of schools there are, about policies and procedures and the wider environment in which they operate. You will develop your communication skills, communicating and building professional relationships with both children & young people and adults. Gaining work experience in a childcare setting forms a key part of your learning, so you will need to be working in a school or on a voluntary placement whilst on the course.
