BS Psychology

There is a strong research program in the department, almost always with student involvement. Recently, there were 21 papers and publications in the department, with 14 of the papers having student coauthors and nine reflecting collaboration among faculty members in the department. In addition, seven students presented their research at a student conference. The emphasis on collaboration and collegiality has led students to describe the psychology program as an extended family or village. We like this characterization.
