BS in Criminal Justice in Emergency Management and Homeland Security

As a student in this program, you will develop skills in report writing, finger-printing, and crime scene documentation. You will gain well-rounded knowledge in the areas of law enforcement, forensic science, corporate security, criminal investigation, and corrections, including probation, parole, and imprisonment. In this concentration, you will study the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. You will also gain a historical awareness of terrorism, particularly within the United States and its interests abroad, and an understanding of ongoing efforts to secure the homeland.
