The Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree program in anthropology includes four broad subfields:Socio-cultural anthropology, which studies communities comparatively in their local and global contextsArchaeology, which investigates past societies through their material and written remainsBiological anthropology, which focuses on the evolution of the human as a species and the interaction of human biological variability with cultureLinguistic anthropology, which explores the interconnections of language, culture, thought and social structureStudents learn of the challenges of an international economy, transnational connections communities and multicultural citizenries.
