Physics is the foundation of all the other natural sciences. Physical phenomena are applied in all areas ranging from medicine to mechanical engineering. As a physicist you will investigate fundamental phenomena in nature across all length and time scales ranging from elementary particles to nanostructures and astronomical occurrences.
