BSc Chemistry

The chemistry department employs a novel, hands-on approach that, while blurring the boundaries between the sub-disciplines of chemistry, encourages students to explore lessons in the laboratory from the first year onward. As a result it is common for majors to become involved in student/faculty research as early as the sophomore year.
