BS in Forensic Chemistry

The Bachelor of Science in forensic chemistry at Sam Houston State University, the first degree of its kind in Texas, is designed to prepare students for careers combining a knowledge of chemistry and the legal system. Through classroom and hands-on laboratory instruction, students learn how to test evidence, preserve the chain of evidence, defend their findings, and present them in court.
