BS Global Public Health and Food Studies

The Global Public Health/Food Studies major: Provides an interdisciplinary education, Examines the historical, cultural, political, economic, and geographic aspects of food production, consumption, and post-consumption, Emphasizes the improvement of health outcomes among diverse populations.
