Description
The program aims to provide basic law education and apprenticeships for graduate studies, specialized studies and diversified professional practices. More specifically, the program aims to train a lawyer: 1-who has knowledge of the fundamental elements of different areas of law; 2-who has developed an integrated approach to legal issues and their solutions; 3-who masters the skills specific to the legal method, in particular: proceed to the legal qualification of concrete situations; locate, consult and update documentation; master the oral and written argumentative discourse; 4-who is self-reliant and able to adapt to changes and become an agent of his or her own continuing legal education; 5-who is able to identify the relationship between law and society and integrate them into the process of legal conflict resolution; 6-adopts a critical approach that takes into account the plurality of conceptual approaches in law and law; 7-who is aware of his social responsibilities, as intellectual and professional, respects an ethic compatible with them and is aware of extrajudicial methods of conflict solutions.
