BS Food Sciences and Technologies

The course of study in Food Science and Technology aims to train professional skills with a complete vision of the activities and problems of production, industrial transformation as well as food preservation. The course aims to provide a solid technical-scientific preparation based on the acquisition of notions of physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology aimed at understanding food technologies and guaranteeing the quality and safety of food, in order to reduce waste and environmental impact.
