The curriculum covers the main problem fields and strands of thought on the Philosophy agenda, both past and present. At the same time as there is a concern with the plurality of perspectives, the student benefits from an emphasis on themes linked to the epistemology, philosophy and history of science and technology. The other major areas of philosophy covered in the course syllabus are: Aesthetics and Art Philosophy; Ethics and Political Philosophy; Philosophy of Language and Semantics; Logic, Philosophy of Logic and Metamathematics; Ontology and Metaphysics.
