BSc Mathematics

The Bachelor's degree program Mathematics offers a sound education in the various mathematical subdisciplines as well as in a supplementary subject. Extensive options offer the opportunity to design the study according to personal inclinations. The mathematical part of the course teaches basics of the subjects Analysis, Linear Algebra and Analytical Geometry, Numerical Mathematics and Mathematical Stochastics, as well as further knowledge in many subdisciplines of mathematics. It is supplemented by modules from a supplementary subject, in which the fundamentals of an important field of application of mathematics are taught and mathematical methods and concepts are used.
