Mathematics permeates both everyday life and numerous academic and professional endeavours. It s the language of science and technology and is important in business, the social sciences, engineering, computing, and information sciences. Not only are TWU professors experts in their discipline, they present mathematics in a Christian liberal arts context, which gives you both an integration of faith and discipline and an interdisciplinary breadth of learning not available at many universities. Small classes make for an intimate learning environment and facilitate mentoring relationships. In addition, students have opportunities to be involved in active research programs that help lead to rewarding careers.
