The three-year path in Dietetics, after in-depth study of basic chemical-physical, biological and psychological knowledge, includes courses on the commodity composition of food, hygiene and food safety, the structure and function of nutrients and their metabolism intervention cellular, as well as, of course, knowledge of the anatomical structure and function of organs and systems of the human body.
