BA in Communication Journalism

The B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Journalism prepares students for careers in media and news reporting in a converged manner utilizing video, audio, and the written word. Students take multiple writing and reporting classes to bolster their journalism skills. They also choose an outside area of study to hone specialized knowledge and to build their professional portfolios in areas such as sports management, business, and photography.
