BA History

History constitutes the core of a liberal arts education by exposing students to people, places, and points of view otherwise impossible to access in one lifetime. A history major s skills are applicable in almost every career; history majors learn how to analyze sources, write persuasively, situate debates within their context, and think critically about their place in the world.
