BA in Interdisciplinary Studies

The interdisciplinary studies major is a way to design an academic program that blends and cuts across disciplines. Students plan and build their own program, which combines at least three distinct disciplines. The major requires a high degree of independent initiative and self-discipline, and students culminate their major by completing a senior-year thesis or creative project chosen to integrate the program.
