The Minor in Spanish can enrich many degree programs. It represents a particular asset for students who plan to pursue careers in medicine, law and law enforcement, social work, nursing, education, business, and government services. Depending on the student s chosen degree program, fulfillment of the course requirements for a Spanish minor will be recorded on the graduate s transcript either as a Minor in Spanish (as a component of a B.A. degree and certain B.S. degrees) or as a Non-degree Minor in Spanish. (Consult the Registrar for further information.)
