BA Portuguese

The study of the subject Portuguese in the major subject qualifies to a theory and method-led analysis of the Portuguese language and its literatures from the Middle Ages to the present. They are placed in the context of other European languages and literatures. Students can choose a subject profile Linguistics or Literary Studies . During their studies, they learn to work independently on their own and to present their results in both German and Portuguese, orally and in writing. They also acquire communicative, cultural and media skills as key qualifications for various occupational fields.
