First, it has revamped its curriculum to focus more on the context of language and French intellectual and cultural life, using film, multimedia strategies and other contemporary sources. Second, it explores not only literature produced in France but the Francophone literature produced by French-speaking countries throughout the world in Africa, Canada and the Caribbean.
