Study of Thailand and ASEAN, China or India in terms of society, economics, politics, history, culture and language, with an emphasis on enabling students to conduct research in order to address social issues. Graduates can pursue careers in offices and organizations which require knowledge of Thailand and ASEAN, Chinese studies or Indian studies, in the public and private sectors, embassies and international organizations dealing with ASEAN. They can work in hotel and tourism industries, airline industry, press and mass communication, and marketing and public relations. They can work as Thai language and ASEAN studies instructors, translators, interpreters, writers and columnists.
