BA Sanskrit Sahitya

B.A. Sanskrit Literature concerns with the stream of arts and covers the areas in regards to Sanskrit: society, prose, poetry, drama, novels, grammar etc. This program helps the students to opt for different types of Sanskrit jobs such as interpreter or translator which may be of various sorts, for example general interpreting, consecutive interpreting and Liaison interpreting. A good knowledge of the language may also discover a job as a teacher in schools and colleges, which is a highly rewarding career. Candidates can also prepare for UPSC, with Sanskrit as optional subject.
