BA in Classics

We are a small department that covers as broad a range of classics Latin and Greek language and literature, Greek and Roman culture as we can while reflecting special strengths and interests of the faculty drama and archaeology We augment our offerings through strong ties with the University of Reading Program (Greek, Latin, history and archaeology courses) and Sweet Briar College (ancient history courses), and innovative cocurricular activities and programs
