Geoecology is an interdisciplinary scientific study program. The focus of the study is the understanding, description and modeling of ecosystems and their impact on human use.The course consists of modularized courses. The modules consist of lectures, seminars, field and laboratory exercises, tutorials or even excursions. As a compulsory program, basic natural sciences such as chemistry, physics, mathematics and organismic biology, as well as geoecological basics such as geology and geomorphology, soil science, hydrology, climatology and system analysis must be documented.
