BEng Nuclear Engineering

Hacettepe University Department of Nuclear Engineering is the first undergraduate program in the field of nuclear engineering in our country. When it was founded in 1977, only graduate education was offered; in 1982, the undergraduate program was initiated.The mission of the department is: to raise individuals who are equipped with knowledge, vision, skills and universal values necessary to contribute to all areas of science and technology; to promote development of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, in a safe and environmental manner in our country and in the world.
