Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

One of the oldest and broadest areas of engineering, mechanical engineers design and manufacture machines that move and lift loads, transport people and goods, and produce and convert energy to other forms. Subjects of study include mechanical design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat and mass transfer. Students can gain educational experience beyond the classroom through other opportunities, including internships and independent study programs.
