Bachelor of Engineering Honours Mechanical

Mechanical engineering is a diverse field that can be applied right across industry from robotics and automation to manufacturing, automotive and energy. In this degree you will learn to engineer solutions to everyday challenges and discover the latest in machinery design, manufacturing technologies and sustainable energy usage. You will work on a major industry project in your final year. The University of South Australia is in the top ten in Australia for teaching1 and there will be many opportunities to learn by practical example, with guest lecturers from industry, simulated business environments and site visits to industrial facilities. You will also do a 12-week work placement.
