BS Engineering

The Bachelor of Science in Engineering comprises four major segments, the first two of which are similar to other engineering programs: foundation courses in mathematics and the physical sciences; and 24 units of general education courses in the arts, humanities, social sciences and other related areas. The third major segment consists of 21 units of engineering core courses. The fourth segment comprises a sequence of courses in civil, computer, electrical and/or mechanical engineering, including adviser-approved technical elective courses.
