In electrical engineering, you'll be able to take advantage of undergraduate research opportunities and apply the knowledge you've learned from class. You will work alongside electrical engineering professors who conduct research in areas such as circuits, systems exploration, electromagnetics, electronic systems and bioelectronics and have the chance to present your research results at CMU's annual campus wide Student Research and Creative Endeavors Exhibition, as well as at scientific and technical meetings. With hands-on learning courses in advanced facilities, you'll be wired for a hot career.
