The aircraft maintenance, technical operations and continuing airworthiness sectors are vital parts of the global aviation industry. The new Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance and Airworthiness Engineering has been developed in response to growing demand from these sectors and is jointly delivered by UL and Lufthansa Technik Shannon Ltd, a leading multinational maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO) and modifications services provider for civil operated aircraft. The programme provides the opportunity for graduates to BOTH obtain their degree AND satisfy the knowledge requirements for the EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (Category C) in just four years. Delivering a unique blend of academic and industry-focused content, the programme is designed to equip students for senior positions in the aviation industry.
