It provides the broadest curriculum, allowing students to specialize in finance, management, public policy, or international development, and to select among a wide range of elective clusters. Studies are geared towards work specifically in health policy and management. For the 21 credits they are allowed to complete as undergraduates, BA-MPA students should focus first on 15 credits of core coursework required for the MPA. Once they have completed this core coursework, students can work with a Wagner advisor to select specialization or elective courses for their remaining credits.
