Bachelors in English Teacher Education

The program is designed to prepare students for teaching English/Language Arts while perfecting their own literary analysis and writing skills, and literacy awareness. Students will receive a well-rounded knowledge of pedagogy, assessment, and special education with an ongoing emphasis on technology and multicultural education. Throughout the program, authentic classroom experiences are embedded. Students will also take courses in linguistics, literature, and a foreign language.
