BA in Music Education

The Bachelor's degree in Music Education includes music education, music practice and musicology parts that are studied in basic and advanced modules. The subject is deliberately broad in order to provide largely unconditional access to music-mediating professions with existing music affinity. The students thus receive a basic education that enables them to start working in the fields of music education.The course imparts knowledge of the basics of content, the methodological instruments, a systematic orientation as well as basic practical music experience. Practical music skills are taught in group teaching processes.
