The Computer Systems Engineering degree is a practical hands-on course that allows you to combine the study of computing science with a specialist focus on electronics. Its flexibility allows you to either develop your knowledge of computing systems through specialisation or explore wider subject areas such as computer graphics or artificial intelligence. You will learn how computer hardware and software interact to form more complex systems, and how computer aided design (CAD) tools are used to manage this complexity.
