The most important resource in business is the effective management of people and central aspect of the Marketing Major. Students would be able to study such areas as human resource management, organizational behavior, ethics, business planning, organizational communication systems, and problem identification and diagnosis. Also the coursework has practical applications for general supervision and management, running a family business, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Finally Students would be able to analyze all stakeholders and the social, legal, environmental and economic ramifications of business decisions.
