BSc Management

The duration of the studies is 3 years. The students acquire competences in terms of: elaborating and implementing organisational strategies and policies; identifying, analysing and managing the elements that define the internal and external environment of the organization, by means of SWOT diagnosis and analysis; applying the principles, norms and values of professional ethics within the framework of one's own rigorous, efficient and responsible work strategy; identifying the roles and responsibilities in a pluri-specialized team and applying efficient networking and work techniques within the team.
