BBA with a Major in Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management major is designed to prepare students to take on the role of a human resource professional in today s organizations. The courses in this major follow guidelines developed by the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, and are designed to prepare students to move directly into positions of responsibility in human resource management.
