BS Human Resources Development

The Human Resources Development program is designed to enable program graduates to 1) facilitate sustainable change in diverse organizations and to 2) create individual and organizational transformations through training, and career development.Students completing the program will understand instructional design strategies, their application, and appropriate evaluation procedures.
